Secrete ?

The reason I call it a secrete, is this information is not in the books that you buy on how to be a licensed car dealer. those books tell you how to set up a car lot in your state and explain all of the rules, regulations and requirements  that  I could not  meet and are way out of the reach of the average person who just wants to buy and sell a couple cars per month. If you want to get your states requirements, that information is available to you for free. Just search your states "requirements for becoming a licensed car dealer" contact them and they will sent you a book of forms and requirements that are out of reach for the little guy.
